1. Definitions

The “Service” is the witu.life website and the WitU app. The “Operator” is WITU Corp, principal address 8 The Green STE A, Dover, DE 19901 (hereinafter the “Operator”), operator of the witu.life website. The “User” is any person using the Service.

2. Subject matter

The Operator provides access to wellness-monitoring features, recommendations, and the ability to purchase devices. The Service is informational in nature.

3. Account

• The User undertakes to provide accurate information at registration.
• The User is responsible for keeping their account access credentials secure.

4. Limitation of liability

WitU's service and devices are wellness products. They are not medical devices and are not intended for the diagnosis, treatment, or prevention of disease. Recommendations are informational in nature and do not replace consultation with a healthcare professional.

The Operator is not liable for decisions made by the User on the basis of the Service's data.

5. Intellectual property

All of the Service's materials (text, design, logos, code) belong to the Operator or are used on lawful grounds. Copying without permission is prohibited.

6. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The state and federal courts located in Delaware have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from the Service or these Terms, and you consent to personal jurisdiction and venue there.

7. Changes to the terms

The Operator may amend these Terms. The current version is published on this page.
